Small Factory Marketing Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Milk mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

Information We Do Not Collect

Milk is designed with privacy at its core. We do not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data with our servers or any third party. Specifically:

• We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or location.
• We do not use analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting services.
• We do not display advertisements or use advertising SDKs.
• We do not operate servers that receive data from the App.

Photo Library Access

Milk requires access to your device’s photo library to provide its core functionality — helping you triage and organize your photos. This access is governed by Apple’s Photos framework and requires your explicit permission.

• All photo data is accessed and processed entirely on your device.
• Photos, thumbnails, and metadata are never uploaded, transmitted, or shared with us or any third party.
• Decisions you make (keep, delete) and session data are stored locally on your device in an on-device database.
• If you choose to delete photos, the deletion is performed through Apple’s Photos framework and requires your confirmation.

On-Device Storage

Milk stores the following data locally on your device to provide its features:

• Your swipe decisions (keep or delete) for each photo
• Session history (swipe counts, session duration)
• App preferences and settings

This data never leaves your device. It is stored in a local SQLite database and is removed when you delete the App.

Subscriptions and Payments

Milk offers optional in-app purchases (“Oat Milk”) managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not process payments or have access to your payment information. Apple’s privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled. For details, refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Children’s Privacy

Milk is rated 4+ on the App Store and does not collect personal information from any user, including children. Because no data is collected or transmitted, the App complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations.

Your Rights Under GDPR and PIPEDA

Because Milk does not collect, store, or process personal data on any server, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, delete, or port. All data created by the App resides solely on your device and is under your control.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Canada, you retain all rights afforded to you under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), respectively. Since we hold no personal data, these rights are inherently satisfied.

Third-Party Services

The only third-party service the App interacts with is Apple’s StoreKit for processing in-app purchases. No other third-party SDKs, APIs, or services are integrated into the App.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
